Property was very nice. I didn’t find staff particularly helpful, I.e. when I asked for map of area they didn’t have and directed me to travel desk that wasn’t open. At breakfast , I as a single person was basically ignored.

"I thought the staff was great, but this area and location is a bit rough, so you may face some cold nights and lack some creature comforts.
