Here’s a more polished and assertive version while keeping the tone fair and clear: I recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Day 1: • None of the power sockets in the room worked properly — I had to hold my charger in place to get it to work. • The kettle was not working, and instead of replacing it, they gave me a different adaptor, which wasn’t helpful. • The towels and bed linen were extremely worn out, which was disappointing for the price paid. Day 2: We booked a tour directly through the hotel, expecting a hassle-free experience. However, the driver skipped one of the locations without informing us and showed no interest in being helpful or friendly. I had to request twice to turn on the AC, only for him to switch the blower to the lowest setting — I eventually gave up. When we brought up the issue with the front desk, they still insisted on charging the full amount, expecting tourists to know the itinerary better than their own drivers. With such poor service and lack of hospitality, I would not stay here again nor recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. At least 4 star by British / European standards. I had booked a different hotel but moved here once I saw it an the rooms. Very central and walkable to the lake and all the delights on lake road.
