We had a 4 day stop over here ,just to relax. I knew there was some renovation work going on but not to much and not at weekends. There was loads (its a large extension project) and work carried on all through the weekend. Totally spoiled the garden views. The whole hotel is very dated ,tatty and my room clean wasnt great. The room felt slightly damp when we went in as if it has been un used for sometime. Also we had no rail in the wardrobe just 2 hooks ( i did report this to reception) which ment we had cloths laying around unable to hang up. The pool area is a little run down . No bar , no drinks at all. No staff most of the time. The pool was also completely shut on one of our days. Without any warning ( i just ignored the closed sign). There is in fact no bar in the hotel at all. You cannot get anything to drink except tea, coffee, fruit juice or water. There is no wine at dinner. Just water. The restaurant isnt up to much . The whole place is really past its sell by date. After all that the staff were very sweet and helpful and the bed was very comfortable. I wouldn't recommend for western travellers. No mention

Beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff, especially Mark who showed us around the hotel at check in. Lovely welcome drink offered at check in also. Gym looked great but only had one night stay and didn’t use it, the pool area was lovely and relaxing. Rooms were clean and bed was huge and super comfortable. Day spa looked nice but didn’t use. The food was a bit average at the restaurant down stairs and think they could add a few cocktails to the drinks list to have round the pool. Other than that enjoyable stay.

Nice spacious room, good food and very friendly and accommodating staff. We loved our stay there!

Breakfast (buffet) was very good with a variety of dishes. Shuttle service was also very professional and fast. Room was comfortable and clean. Air conditioning worked well. There was enjoyable and pleasant atmosphere on the territory of the hotel.

I am disappointed with my recent experience communicating through the Expedia platform. I had submitted a few requests in advance of my stay, including arranging a bouquet of flowers to be placed in the room prior to check-in, but did not receive any response. This lack of reply affected my overall experience and expectations for the stay.
