Upon inspection saw a small animal (possible rat) fleeing the scene. Had our room changed after a long negotiation at the reception counter. During our first day I call and told them that we will arrive with bus at 7:30pm 30 passengers and we require transport to pick up 35 bags to our room.. Unfortunately they told us there was no driver available.. All of us carry the bag all the way to our room .. Pines send 2 person to help with the bag we decide to carry because it will take a longer time for the bag to arrive to our rooms..
