Great location to visit the springs and a lovely hotel. Reception staff, valet and porters were all very helpful. Restaurant and bar staff made us feel invisible. No coffee was offered at breakfast we asked and got forgotten. We also felt that at dinner the staff seemed busy with the other tables and forgot us again. Great variety of breakfast. Room and amenities amazing… however we did have quite a large ants nest in the room.

Everything was amazing. It’s a bit far to get to. Best way is by rental car. No bus, train close. Once at the property, it does not disappoint. Amazing views, great food, clean, helpful staff, great amenities. Highly recommended

A lovely location and great golf course but I didn't think the price charged per night was warranted given some of the facilities beginning to show wear and tear (eg pool tiles coming away, unable to open my balcony door), standard of breakfast etc. Staff all very helpful and professional.
