This was a beautiful property about 10 mins away from Florence. You get the beauty of Tuscany without having to go too far. The hotel only has 12 rooms and everyone knows you by name. We traveled with 2 kids and the rooms were very spacious. Staff are wonderful, Onsite restaurant was great. Views were breathtaking. We didn't have a car, and the hotel was able to help us with cabs easily. Service was excellent and we would highly recommend this hotel!

The room was exceptionally clean, including the floor (white napkin test).
The staff was super friendly, and the check-in.check out quick.
The breakfast is simple, yet with there was a good choice of all you can eat items: toast with a choice of cold ham, mozzarella cheese, tomato slices, salame, ect, mini-pancakes. They also offer freshly-baked croissant fillable with assorted jam, creams etc, cakes, etc. Plus, fresh squeezed orange juice, and other juices, and all type of coffees.
The hotel was well located (close to the Uffizi Galley) and the Arno river (Ponte Vecchio).

"Great location to visit the springs and a lovely hotel. Reception staff, valet and porters were all very helpful. Restaurant and bar staff made us feel invisible. "The staff wasn’t very friendly…. they seemed to always be busy to the point where they didn’t even hold their heads up when you walk into the hotel. We had to wear wrinkled clothes because the only iron they claimed to have was broken by another guest. As a result, we checked out a day early."

"Nice lodge (superior), air con was nice. Beds basic but fine, shower ok. Beach sunbeds were expensive (£260 for 4 sunbeds for 6 days) but nice enough beach and had to go there because the pool has some crazy ridiculous rule about wearing a silly rubber hat in the pool when it’s 33 degrees.
