Great location, close to everything. Staff were very helpful and friendly Would stay here again

Could not fault the stay. Staff professional and very attentive to any request. Adrian at reception went above and beyond a valued member of staff we are sure. Room was spotless and everything functional.

Always stay here when we visit Brisbane, across the road from gardens, Kangaroo point bridge, walking distance to town and Southbank

The Good: Great location, set in a promenade style “boulevard” with a good variety of shops , bars and restaurant/Cafes at toe. Central to everything in Brisbane. The Bad: Nothing noted. The ugly: our room had a stain on the carpet and the wall had a few little patches but overall nice. We were told $5 valet parking (it may have been the accent?) but it was $85 a night. So that was an ugly unexpected cost of $170 for 2 nights for our car to stay as well(we would’ve explored other options if we’d have known it was $85 a night) so be mindful! In hindsight, $5 a night is unheard of, in our defence we don’t pay for parking etc at our small coastal town so we weren’t to know at the time. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff were eager to assist and create a pleasant experience.
