Do not stay here!!! None of the amenities listed are actually available on site. Listed: limo/car service, when we arrive and asked to reserve we were told that didn’t exist. Booked a king room, didn’t have and were given 2 twin beds. Gardens listed, the hotel is on top of a completely unmaintained mall with over grown trees and bushes. Not a single garden. Electricity / AC listed, room was extremely hot and thermostat literally said “HELP” on it. Power went out within 5 minutes of turning the lights on. When we spoke to the front desk we were gaslit saying everything on the hotel is working fine. We literally got zero tangibles we paid for. Stay away!

Decent stay for one or two nights.

Helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast and very convenient location. Would stay again.

We stayed at NEO Hotel for two nights while attending the Formula 1 race at Monza, and overall it worked well for what we needed. The location was convenient for getting to Monza. We had a rental car, so we drove from the hotel to one of the race parking areas and then took the shuttle to the circuit gates. The hotel also has parking, but I would recommend letting the staff know ahead of time if you need a space. We didn’t arrange it in advance, but the staff was very accommodating and still helped us find somewhere to park. Our room was on the smaller side and felt a little stuffy, so it wasn’t necessarily somewhere we wanted to spend a lot of time during the day. There is a gas station right next to the hotel, though, which was surprisingly convenient since we were driving. We also had drinks at the hotel bar one evening—they were okay. For a short two-night stay during the Monza F1 weekend, NEO Hotel served its purpose well. If your priority is having a convenient base for the race, especially if you have a car, it’s a practical option.
