Lake Garda Kid friendly Holidays

The hotel was excellent in every sense. As a 4* hotel it really did everything very well. From the staff at reception and attendants around the pool. The room was spacious and comfortable along with being very quiet. We only had breakfast and this was really good. The coffee bar was really good and the Italian coffees made properly and were really lovely. Location in Bardolino is perfect a really easy short walk to the centre of the town. Again the town is a really nice place to spend time wandering the street and shops with lots of great restaurants. On the day of leaving we had full use of the spa, showers and changing rooms with a locker. This was really helpful and a nice touch as we had late flights so were able to enjoy our day and get ready to leave. Overall it was a lovely experience and I would recommend a visit.

Very large room with kitchenette and huge balcony. AC worked but was struggling to adequately cool the entire space. Only complaint about the property is that the bathroom and shower are very small for an otherwise massive room

Excellent very clean hotel with attentive staff that couldn't do enough to help you. They helped us with the trains and what was the best stations to get off at. Always asked if we'd had a nice day out. Just lovely in general. The breakfast was fabulous with a large selection of very fresh food. Lovely staff at breakfast Georgia and Erika who again were very attentive. Nice lounge to sit in in the evenings when we came back in from dinner, pleasant bar staff. Rooms were spacious with plenty of toiletries, cleaned very day. The hotel was very central for everything that we wanted to do. We were only 5 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the ferry port. We only went to the pool twice as we were normally out all day, but we got a sun lounger and umbrella no problem. Well maintained garden and pool area. All in all it's a fantastic hotel and we would definitely go back.

We last minute booked this hotel and they were extremely accommodating. We were able to get into the spa same day and had an exceptional massage. We also enjoyed lunch and breakfast there. It was also a short walk to the city center and felt very safe. Would definitely go back

We were told we had room with a view off the balcony…. The balcony is a shared one with another apartment, the only view was the car park or bouncy castles. There was no tea towel for drying up or flower mat for the shower. If you are expected to clean before leaving - these essentials are needed. The gas hob wouldn’t work unless you had a lighter…. And we had to move the table outside in order to have the sofa bed out. For how much the apartment costs… I don’t feel it is worth the money. Staff on the resort are not polite or appear happy

Brilliant relaxing place, ideal for recharging the batteries

We geberally like our stay nice hotel well maintained helpfull staff. The only things we dont like was that for everything you need to pay extra even for the towels for the pool the private parking of the hotel and caps to get inside the pool
