This is an excellent 4-star boutique hotel in a great location. It's an easy 10 minutes or so from everywhere you want to visit in Florence, and only 5+ minutes from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella station for easy in/out. Friendly, helpful staff as well. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and breakfast service maybe even better. The room was nice but modest, bathroom roomy, shower was good (tight but the least tight on our trip to Italy).

The breakfast was really good and the checkout staff very friendly. The room was large filled with antique furniture items, although, we do prefer our beds to have more than 3 stable legs and air conditioning we can turn on. We chose this hotel for the parking and it looks like they don’t have any, so keep this in mind if you need parking
