Visit for Essence Festival the stay great

I loved everything except there is a liquor store across the street and there is activity all evening. There is a Sheriff standing outside keeping watch so I felt safe

I traveled solo. This hotel met all my needs. The location is perfect for relaxing and close enough to walkable activities as well The staff is professional and accommodating.i felt safe and comfortable. This will be my go to hotel for a new Orleans vacation. Oh the gym and observation deck is spectacular.

Excellent property. Fast checkin. Valet paling was quick and men were professional. An option for self-parking which is unusual in New Orleans. Room was clean and quiet.

We booked at the last minute for Mardi Gras. Staff was excellent trying to source a taxi before streets shut down for parade. Loved the complimentary energy shots at the desk. Room very small but quiet and minibar had some unusual fun options.
