Netherlands Kid friendly Holidays

Very nice hotel. Only issue was the heating/ a/c - we didn’t know a remote was used for a/c, so 1st day we were exhausted and the room temperature was very hot. We got the maintenance man to come help and he showed us how to work remote. He was very helpful and room temperature went way down! Also didn’t like the huge bathroom door- was very heavy and kept running into door or shower glass wall. But otherwise everything was good!

Classic European Hotel: starkly minimalist in the room outfit, tiny space, window looking out onto another building four feet away, tiny bathroom. BUT, excellent breakfast for 20 Euros a pice for those whom don’t book breakfast upon reserving, excellent shower with great water pressure, wonderfully comfortable mattress for sleeping, quiet room save for a squaking seagull at 4:30 AM that weren’t on for ten minutes (quite the alarm clock!!!), and great location in Amsterdam Centre. Was lust a quick (one night) layover visit awaiting a Viking River Cruise embarking in Amsterdam so it served its purpose very well. 12 minute Uber to the port.Well worth it.

The staff members really made our stay good, friendly, attentive and polite. Breakfast was really good too. This place is highly recommended if you have early flight.

Historical site. Staff were great. Close to Amsterdam Centraal and the main shopping/restaurant area. Buffet was outstanding as was the staff. This is definitely a 5 star hotel

If you are looking for a hotel near the airport, this is a great option. After my flight was cancelled, I made a quick call to the hotel and they soon had a great room ready for me. After a stressful day, the hotel reception staff couldn’t have been any friendlier. They quickly had me checked in and settled into my room. Thanks for the amazing service!
