Located in a great area that is within the heart of Bukit Bintang. Breakfast is wonderful & tasty. We were staying in the club lounge room & the club floor is dining & drinks are a great value. Only thing that could have been better is if the mattress could have had a topper on it as it has seen better days. Pillows were to die for & the bathrobe & towels were of a very good quality.

The service by all the staff are exceptional and I am very impressed by their willingness to go the extra mile for us. The hotel is not exactly new and some signs of wear and tear could be seen within the premises.

all looks great. Adding some more traditional Asian / Indian and Pakistani food to menu will be great.

Great location, comfortable beds in a fairly spacious room, decent gym. But the room service coffee is not good and it is not possible to have a fresh hot coffee in the breakfast setting, without buying the full breakfast.

This hotel was great and we really enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful place and being on a quiet bay really added to the experience. The staff were all so kind and polite. It's in a great location as well for easily going out to explore the island if you take a taxi. I'm a vegetarian and managed to find enough to eat across the week for all our meals, though some of the labelling/ingredients were confusing but when I raised this the staff were always happy to talk and help. June is more of a quiet season and we did get a rain storm at some point almost every day, but we like the quieter feel and didn't mind the storms.

Hotel was nothing much like the pictures, the rooms smelt of damp, they did not want to let us upgrade the room annd told us a local group would be priorotised and told us that’s just how it is. We were asked to pay a city tax which was never stipulated. One of the nights there was loud noises around the room outside with someone screaming and shouting and also making noises, they would not stop and hotel staff came but did little to resolve it other than offer us another room at 4am! On the day of checkout they called us at 11am to check out despite checkout being 12pm, like they wanted us to leave asap.

C'est un hotel parfait à tout point vu

From the moment of check in to check out every staff member was polite friendly and spoke to you. The hotel was extremely clean. Would love to name all the staff but too many to mention. Thank you for a great stay and amazing food in the restaurant and breakfast.

Wonderful staff (Naren) who looked after us well after a long journey to singapore. Upgraded room was even amazing.
