After a 4 hour car ride, the front desk informed us that our room wasn’t ready yet, by then it was already after 5pm. They apologized and offered appetizers and drinks on the house, which was nice but we didn’t get into our room until after 8 pm. My young daughter was completely exhausted and the entire time we were there we felt displaced. The evening did not go as planned at all due to this disruption. Then ALL throughout the night the mini fridge would shut on and off loudly waking us all up -none of us slept well at all.
