Hotel room was clean and perfect for a quick trip

All was great but it’s the 2nd time i have stayed and they charge me twice for the room and

This is our second stay here. Loved the place the first time we stayed. So of course we had to stay again. And just as expected, it was another wonderful stay. That signature scent as soon as you walk in to welcome you. Lobby staff excellent. Bartenders excellent. Restaurant staff excellent. And cleaning staff excellent. We will probably make this our place everytime we go to the riverwalk.

Exceptional Stay at Omni San Antonio Hotel at the River Walk – True Privacy and Outstanding Care in Room 614 5/5 Stars My female friend and I enjoyed a memorable several-night stay at the Omni San Antonio Hotel at the River Walk. We stayed in the corner room 614, and the entire experience was handled with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and care. Right from the beginning, the hotel manager personally understood our desire for complete privacy during this trip. He assured us that he would confer with the entire staff so that, no matter what, we would not be disturbed under any circumstances. That promise was kept perfectly. There were no unsolicited knocks, phone calls, or interruptions throughout our entire stay. This level of respect for our privacy allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our time together in complete comfort. Even though the nature of our visit was passionate and energetic at times, the staff handled everything with exceptional maturity and discretion. The manager made it clear to the team that no matter what was heard by other guests, everything taking place in our room was fully consensual between two adults. This thoughtful preemptive communication with the manager before arrival meant we never had to worry about complaints, side-eye, or awkward interactions. It created a truly safe and judgment-free environment — something we deeply appreciated.
