Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Rooms great. Air conditioning worked well even during heat wave. Wonderful pool. Nice restaurant and cuisine. Staff was excellent.

Our bedroom was very tired in appearance
The breakfast room was too small and was overwhelmed at the busiest time to the point where food and crockery run out.
there were too few staff and very disorganised
little skills noted in the bakery as most of the patisserie was bought in.
Overall is=t was extremely poor for a Relais .

Good location for driving into Reims; we parked at railway station car park next door. Clean room, nice little hot drink station and microwave. Big room compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at.

Well worth the splurge to sleep where kings did and enjoy the fine food, excellent service, beautiful grounds, and hop, skip, and jump to the very welcoming, family-run Borel-Lucas champagne house across the street.
