The shampoo/soap dispenser in the shower cubicle was empty when we arrived, so we had to use our own Also, the lights above the mirror in the bathroom didn't work. "Ideally situated in the middle of Reims which allowed easy access to the City Centre. The Cathedral is a must visit. There is secure underground car parking adjacent to the entrance to the door. The staff are helpful and friendly and the room was superb. We dined in the restaurant and the food was gorgeous. "
