Er was volgens ons al lang niet meer schoongemaakt gezien de hoeveelheid spinnenwebben. Tevens hebben we wel eens schonere matrassen gezien dan deze. We saw that Vallee had: a sauna, a FIREPLACE, and free wifi... so we paid twice the price. No sauna (it was locked), no fireplace, TV barely worked, it was quite cold, and no curtains in our bedroom = very bright night and less sleep. and... only 250 mb of internet for free... no mention of this beforehand. We were out hiking in the mornings, and there was no one to complain to (no wifi), and they closed at 5 pm. Since we were on a short holiday (3 nights), we chose to complain at checkout. They could have offered some compensation, but just received a small apology and excuses for the sauna/fireplace/wifi. Then we stood in the cold for 30 minutes to find our directions for the next place. Usually, you receive something back in a way of food/drink/refund.
