Clean well furnished and equipped chalet. Dog friendly at an extra charge. Kitchen well equipped but note that there isn't a conventional oven. Microwave and electric hob. Lovely setting. Bar / bistro. Nearest shop about 4km. We enjoyed our stay.

Chambre propre, odeur tres tres desagreabld par contre, de vinaigre tres fort qui n’est pas passé. Bouilloir inutilisable par son odeur aussi. Logement spacieu et bien equipé. Il manque un four.. La piscine bien chauffée et agreable par contre necessite vraiment une remise au propre. Tres salz. Murs pleins de moisissure... beurk. Les jeuc pour enfants exterizurs vetustes

Het park ligt echt op de top van een berg en alle chalets liggen op een ander niveau. Gelukkig kun je je auto net achter je chalet parkeren want door alle steile paden op het park is bijna geen doen. Ivm een beperking vroeg ik om chalet wat enigszins makkelijk te bereiken was. Werd netjes gebeld dat vrijwel alle chalets een trap hebben om binnen te komen. ongeveer 2 tot 4 treden. Dat red ik nog wel. Na het parkeren van de auto moesten we eerst een steil gravelpad af (niet handig als je met een stok loopt) en vervolgens een houten trap van 9 treden op!! Er waren een aantal chalets die niet bezet waren, een klein pad hadden en maar een paar treden. Dat was balen. Maar omdat de receptie maar tot 17.00 uur bereikbaar was konden we ook niet meer om een ander chalet vragen. . Later kwamen we er achter dat we maar 1 lakenpakket was neergelegd. Wederom konden we verder niets anders doen dan de voicemail van de receptie inspreken. De volgende ochtend werden we wel netjes teruggebeld, helaas zonder excuses, dat er nog een lakenpakket bezorgd zou worden. Ik merkte op dat 1 van ons nu zonder lakens en sloop heeft moeten slapen en dat ik dat niet echt fris vond. Antwoord.. had u zelf niets bij u dan! Nee natuurlijk niet. Ik huur toch een huisje MET lakenpakket. Park heeft wel een broodjesservice, maar die is echt onbetaalbaar. En dan heb ik het nog niet over €2,50 afleverkosten. Bij de ingang zit ook een mooi restaurant, maar daar is alleen plateservice. Een simpel frietje halen kan niet.

Mooie, rustige omgeving. Echt een aanrader voor mensen die de rust willen opzoeken. Ook is het een mooie plek vol met natuur en is er van alles te doen in de omgeving! De accomodatie ziet er keurig uit en ook over de faciliteiten op het park valt niks te klagen.

Bungalow 187, geen passanten en verkeer, schoon en veel rust. Alleen bedlinnen voor hoofdboeker en echtgenote. Goede oplossing van het personeel ontvangen, gevoel dat ik serieus ben genomen. Compliment daarvoor. Properheid zwembad ondermaats, water lijkt niet gezuiverd te worden. Al-met-al zal ik het park aanraden. Spar en lokale bakker in Hastière en Aldi (Fr) goed bereikbaar. Nederlands sprekend personeel op vakantiepark en restaurant.

Ons huisje rook erg muf en vies, zodanig dat wij thuis alles hebben moeten luchten. Er was volgens ons al lang niet meer schoongemaakt gezien de hoeveelheid spinnenwebben. Tevens hebben we wel eens schonere matrassen gezien dan deze. De WIFI is zeer slecht en vaker niet dan wel beschikbaar, de TV zenders stoorden dusdanig dat deze ook niet te volgen waren.

Call to check before buying

We nearly booked somewhere else that was half the price, but noticed there were no towels included, and it wasn't a comfortable choice for our honeymoon. We saw that Vallee had: a sauna, a FIREPLACE, and free wifi... so we paid twice the price. No sauna (it was locked), no fireplace, TV barely worked, it was quite cold, and no curtains in our bedroom = very bright night and less sleep. and... only 250 mb of internet for free... no mention of this beforehand. We were out hiking in the mornings, and there was no one to complain to (no wifi), and they closed at 5 pm. Since we were on a short holiday (3 nights), we chose to complain at checkout. They could have offered some compensation, but just received a small apology and excuses for the sauna/fireplace/wifi. Then we stood in the cold for 30 minutes to find our directions for the next place. Usually, you receive something back in a way of food/drink/refund. Should have booked the other place, it was the same in terms of amenities but half price!

Un weekend qui commence avec un jolie sourire des hôtesses d'accueil et qui se poursuit dans un chalet simple mais chaleureux le tout agrémenté d'une piscine á l'eau claire et chaude presque exclusivement privative... c'est çà un weekend cosy de décembre dans les Ardennes belges.

The overall experience was good, ideal for a relaxing time. Really cozy bungalow, cleaning was satisfactory but not great. Disappointed that we needed to do the beds ourselves and that no towels or extra toilet paper provided.
