An Exceptional Experience at Ocean Rivera Paradise Resort Our experience at Ocean Rivera Paradise Resort was truly exceptional, and a huge part of what made our stay so memorable was the incredible team. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a level of hospitality that made us feel truly valued. The front desk clerk was wonderful — professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a sincere smile. She immediately created a feeling that we were not simply guests, but truly cared for. Our bellman, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. His attentiveness and friendly personality made every interaction pleasant and effortless. At Blue Moon Restaurant, our waiter, and hostess, stood out for their exceptional service. They were attentive, personable, and genuinely passionate about making every dining experience special. Their enthusiasm and attention to detail were evident, and it was clear that they truly enjoy what they do. The Guest Experience team — Deserves special recognition as well. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Their warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to accommodate made us feel incredibly blessed throughout our stay. Our massage therapists, provided an experience that was both professional and relaxing. Their skill, care, and attention made the massages great! We left with wonderful memories.

We had a truly wonderful stay at El Beso Ocean Riviera Paradise and had an absolutely fabulous holiday from start to finish. The resort was beautiful, relaxing, and provided the perfect setting for a fantastic getaway. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay — so friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Their excellent service really made a difference and helped make our holiday so special. Everything about our experience was fantastic, from the beautiful surroundings and atmosphere to the food, facilities, and overall service. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay and were genuinely sad to leave. A huge thank you to all the team at El Beso Ocean Riviera Paradise for making our holiday so memorable. When we arrived they said they was going to upgrade our room. We felt like they down graded us. Rooms ceiling fan wouldn't work, outlets in the bathroom didn't work. Air exchanger in sleeping area wasn't working. Had to complain multiple times to get it some what fixed. They working on the roof one day past 6:15 pm. It was so load you couldn't even hear the tv and forget about sleeping. We trusted them for our 24th anniversary. It was so bad we might not ever come back to Mexico.

We stayed in August 2024 for my birthday. This was our 5th or 6th trip and unfortunately we will probably not return. Resort has stopped focusing on couples and has starting promoting large groups to book rooms. The resort isn't set up for this. Dining is delayed, staff is stressed (not enough of them to serve large groups plus other guests), more buffets than before, loud groups partying until late into the night/morning takes away from the chill, relaxing, quiet vibe the resort used to have. Staff and taxi drivers indicate the new manager (might not still be there 1.5 years later, maybe so) was running the resort into the ground for personal profit. We came here for our honeymoon in 2016 and loved it and went back several times. The last trip was so bad and noisy we were ready to leave early since the other people in our building thought nothing of blaring their music and talking on the phone until 3 and 4am in the common areas between rooms. The way the buildings are set up in this resort you walk into a common area and all the rooms in the building come off the common area. The problem is the rooms are very insulated between the rooms but not around the doors. Also because of the large open ceilings, stuff in the common areas echo. As the group was very large (probably 30 plus adults), our concerns were pretty much dismissed since they had rented out about 1/3 of the resort. The wait staff and kitchen staff and bar staff did the best they could.

My mom, daughter and I can’t say enough good things about this fabulous resort. We were so incredibly fortunate to have had the chance to return. ALL the staff (Fabian, Luis Pat, and Fernando to name a few) were attentive to our needs and so kind and friendly! It’s peaceful, quiet, and well maintained property is so relaxing. Oh and let’s not forget the exquisite culinary dishes served fresh every meal! I wish I would have met the chef! We would stay longer and come back frequently if we could! If you like the bigger resorts where you feel like herded cattle and eat cafeteria food that’s been sitting out (bread is stale), this is not the resort for you! We will always recommend BLUE DIAMOND to everyone!! Thanks for another wonderful 3 generations trip!
