Riviera Maya Honeymoon Holidays

We have stayed here many times and will be back again. Location is nice and quiet and the staff is just great. The property does need a little makeover but is a great value.

This hotel is a gem and I wished my family and I had more than 5 days to stay. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are beautiful (ours had a patio pool and double showers in the bathrooms), the spa facilities are really worth mentioning (any guest can use them regardless of whether you are getting treatments or not), and food was delicious. There are plenty of bikes to use on the property so we loved cycling between our rooms and the beachfront pool and restaurants. It was truly relaxing and I can’t wait to go back.

We enjoyed everything around the property. Truly some of the best food we’ve had (we’re both super picky!) and extremely friendly staff. Definitely met a bunch of people who have returned, and we’re definitely thinking the same in the future. Def recommend.

Lovely staff. Great beach. Good drinks. Food was nice in the buffet but not the easiest for vegetarians. Only 1 vegetarian dish at each a la carte restaurant and no willingness from the hotel to be flexible. But the buffet had good options most of the time (though not always sign posted)

Friendly staff but room was outdated and had a constant sewer smell. We stayed beachfront and the smell from the seaweed was off putting. Food was ok , not much variety. Drinks were artificial tasting with artificial fruit flavor instead of real fruit. Buffets were not restocked in a timely manner. Staff were friendly but I wouldn’t place this resort at anything more than 3 stars.

This is a good resort for what it is, I would say they need more food areas and longer bar services.

The food options was minimum. The only descent restaurant was the Buffet and the Hibachi, if you got in. The other restaurants were tolerable, but not to say it was good. The beds are comfortable and property well kept. There were raccoons and cats running around though. Never going back. Bowling Alley was fun, if you get to play. Go early!
