LAX Area Honeymoon Holidays

When I arrived, they told me my room was ready, but because it was three hours prior to official check-in. They wanted to charge me an extra $35. I told them this was ridiculous and then when they found out I was a Bonvoy member they said oh no, we can check you in. I was not arriving at eight in the morning and since the room was ready, there is no reason to try to charge people extra when it is reasonable to arrive two hours or so before actual check-in. Well, I understand you don’t want people checking in way before the regular check-in if the room is ready and specially if you are a Bonvoy gold member, they should say welcome here’s your key!

Great hotel and location. Comfy beds, cold AC, hot shower, decent WiFi, and nice gym and pool area. What more can you ask for? I didn’t pay the ridiculous prices for breakfast or other food nor drinks! Just go out and find something local.. much better feel and more fun.

We are at the Icon restaurant, and Dillilah was AWESOME. We also enjoyed a few games of pool-on a black pool table, which I think is cool on itself. The bartender knew exactly how we liked our drinks and he was nice also. Forgot the gal's name who checked us in, but she was quick to recommended what to eat, even though she's a vegetarian. Took her time to look up our Bonvy# so we could get free wifi. The staff is what makes the experience anywhere. Combine this staff with the GORGEOUS hotel, and it's close to my favorite of all time. I plan to tell everyone I know to book at Renaissance

The hotel does its job! Room was falling apart curtains broken, heating unit as well & bathroom you can tell the decay but the price is expected
