I liked the location of this hotel, although I had hoped it would be closer to the waterfront. The view was lovely out our 4th floor balcony though! The employee at the front desk during the day (Asi, I believe) was very kind and extremely helpful. He was able to answer all our questions and even helped us make some reservations for some amazing meals. Thank you, sir!

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the outside of the hotel is also really beautiful. Unfortunately the rooms themselves need to be improved, in ours the carpet and bedding were both stained, and our bathroom drains smelled horrible and were pretty blocked.

Loved our room and the entire hotel. I believe there were only 2 other guest rooms occupied when we were there in late March 2026. Breakfast was delightful and Rizea was particularly nice to pack us a to go breakfast when we needed to leave early in the morning on our first day there. Loved the glassed enclosure and the beautiful indoor gardens. We’d definitely stay there again!
