Stayed here for the Cape Town Marathon and loved this place. Tino and the staff are very helpful, convenient location, quiet rooms, and easy to catch Ubers everywhere. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Staff was absolutely amazingly friendly. Appreciated the free shuttle bus service to and from the waterfront. Good value for the price. Excellent food at the rooftop restaurant. Inexpensive uber from the airport to the hotel.

We found the location to be so convenient, just a few minutes walk to the ocean. A lot of great food and coffee nearby. We especially loved the rooftop pool and the set up/amenities of our studio apartment.
The only issue we had was that we were put in the wrong type of room we had booked upon our arrival. However, when we brought this to the reception desk, they were so quick to resolve the issue & accommodate us to a different room the very next day. The staff were very kind and helpful and made the room transition incredibly smooth!
My one suggestion is that at least 1-2 bottles of drinking water be put in each room at the beginning of the stay. We were so tired after our traveling day and did not want to walk or uber at night just to find bottled water. Even a vending machine located in the building would be so convenient!
Otherwise we would happily stay here again, we had a wonderful experience!
