Very accessible, the comfort is fanatstic, very clean, helpful and friendly staff. Their breakfast buffet is wonderful. Our room was always clean and new pajamas every night! My husband and I had an amazing experience. Thank you so much!

Granbell Hotel Shinjuku provided us pleasant experience during our stay. We stayed for five days, enjoying a breakfast that was both good and reasonably priced. Our room was cleaned daily, staff were accommodating and had helped us booked a taxi going to the airport!

Breakfast buffet was average at best with very limited choices and very few tables with tower view. We stayed for 5 days and my daughters only ate breakfast here the first day, they skipped the last 4 days. For this reason, this hotel only deserves 3 stars from us.
