But management needs improvement - sheets are not changed timely even if requested only pillow cover changed
Room not vacuumed
Vacuum left in corridor
Ordered coffee and waited 30 minutes and even though I asked twice it was not ready - I finally gave up

The location to Westfield is a plus, nice bar and friendly staff. I was on floor 7 and it was very hot weather. Aircon was not good, they brought me a fan. Room small due to sloped ceiling with blinds that had to be shut due to heat. No stop out the front so need to walk bags up the street.
Bed comfy and clean linen, shower needs a good clean in grate so smelt very mouldy. A fair stay for a discount price

"Overall did the job, however was disappointed by the lack of a robe when this was on the room spec as well as faulty electrics as bulbs were out in the bathroom and some plug sockets did not work. For the money we paid we were very disappointed!"
