Great breakfast selection. Very nice room. Water and tea and coffee wasn't replenished every day of our 4 night stay.

The Titanic Hotel staffs are an asset to it. They were amiable and attended promptly to my needs. The room at the hotel was spacious and in good condition. The Spa facilities was also very good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at the Titanic and will recommend it.

Quiet property with great amendments. Close enough to go into the city if desired.

Liked the location - very good for walking into town Bathroom was becoming a bit tired.

Wonderful, luxurious grand old property. Literally steps from the high street so everything you could ever need. The spa was fantastic. You get to use the spa for 4 hours per day of your reservation which is really more than enough. I had to use room service because I got overheated at the spa and it came quickly and was just what I needed. A/C was heavenly and the weather was HOT

A true oasis in suburban Birmingham. Incredible period building, the best gardens of any hotel we have visited and genuinely lovely staff.

Nice grand hotel. Well maintained. Room does not have air conditioning, even though there was an air-conditioning panel which did not work. It was a hot British summer. The front desk staff was pretty curt about it. However, Rob, the night manager managed to sort out the issue somewhat by providing us with some fans which helped. He was so much better than the earlier front desk staff that handled the situation. Hats off to you Rob!

Another excellent stay- hotel is friendly, very convenient for station, shops, walking around the city. Rooms spacious, spotlessly clean, and quiet even with heavy traffic around - the double glazing really works. Breakfast good.
