We absolutely loved at stay at Chateau Star, it was more then what we expected. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Staff were friendly and helped as much as they could given language barrier, really only had 1 staff member who spoke English which was great as we weren't proficient with the translation apps immediately. Rooms were clean and we were super comfortable. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes, along with sone corner stores a short walk away. We will definitely be staying there again.

The room was very spacious and clean. Staff spoke English and were very helpful with any questions. Check in and check out was very quick and simple. The hotel is very close to Nanjing road about a couple minutes walking distance which is great if you like shopping. There is a family mart and Lawsons a couple of minutes walking distance from the hotel which was great. Would recommend to family and friends.
