The staff, hotel, location, and our room were all wonderful. The onsite parking, although expensive, was very convenient and made our stay easier. The one very disappointing aspect was the breakfast. It was below average, especially for a four-star hotel. The selection was limited, the few hot items available were barely warm, and the fruit and salads did not appear particularly fresh. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the breakfast was not up to the standard we expected from a hotel of this quality.

What a great find! The property is spotless, the rooms comfortable, the staff very helpful and the breakfast, for the price point, is by far the best we have had in our month-long trip in France.

It’s a nice chateau and the staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was spacious. It’s well located for trips to Saint Malo, Dinan, and Mont Saint Michele. Unfortunately, we visited when it was quite hot outside and there is no air conditioner (our fault for not realizing when we booked). That said, the chateau was not properly equipped to deal with the heat. The room had a single standing fan that was insufficient to cool the space. The temperatures *inside* our room reached the high 70s/low 80s F, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel didn’t have a second fan to provide. Also couldn’t sleep with the windows open because there were mosquitoes and no screens to keep them out. Recommend a visit when the weather is cooler.
