Your vacation rental arranged on 2 levels includes: On the ground floor : Living room, going up 1 step you access the fitted kitchen then the bathroom (shower and toilet). Floor : 1 large attic bedroom with (1 140x190 bed) and (1 90x190 bed). Outside : Enclosed gravelled courtyard with garden furniture, small lawn area. Near a farm (pig farm, with direct sales on site) A comfortable living room, a pretty spacious attic bedroom, an enclosed gravelled courtyard. Located at the bottom of a dead end road, you will benefit from significant independence: the owners live just behind, on their old farm, but not overlooked. Want to escape, just at the end of the dead end, the road bike will take you towards the coast! And there are many beaches in Hillion. You will have the choice between 5 beaches: the closest, Ermot, about 3 km away, is renowned for being warmer than the others! that of Bon Abri stands out for the beautiful panorama it offers over the Côtes de Morieux nature reserve. Hiker friends, you will love following the GR34 which runs along the entire coast. The small town of Hillion is 2.6 km away and from there, you will quickly reach the RN 12 for St-Brieuc (12 km), its historic center and the port of Légué, the large family beach of Rosaires, which is very lively in season at 17 km. Welcome to the Le Coin des Hirondelles gîte: pleasant holiday rental in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc, in the countryside but just 3 km from the beaches.
