Your vacation rental is spread over two levels. - On the ground floor (accessible to people with reduced mobility): kitchen, living room, lounge, one bedroom (one queen-size bed) opening onto a private bathroom with shower and toilet, and a laundry room (with shower, perfect for your return from the beach). - Upstairs: three bedrooms (two queen-size beds, two 80x200 beds that can be combined to form a queen-size bed), bathroom with shower, and toilet. - Outside: A 5-seater spa accessible year-round. A private swimming pool (dimensions: 3.40 m x 9.80 m, depth: 1.50 m), accessible from April until October 4, 2025\. A 60 m² terrace and a 350 m² private garden. Parking on the property: 2 parking spaces. Located in a residential area where several houses are currently under construction. Located for leisure guests. You will not remain indifferent to the services of this sublime villa with contemporary lines, combining elegance and comfort. Between moments of relaxation on the sunny terrace, swimming in the private heated pool or relaxing in the spa, you will have a hard time leaving the place and yet! You are on the seaside resort of Etables sur Mer but also right next to the resorts of Binic (2.5 km) and St Quay Portrieux (4 km) Enjoy the salty air and taste the charm of these resorts with their fishing and marinas without forgetting their beautiful fine sandy beaches. The closest to the cottage will be that of Godelins at 1 km. But you can also alternate with that of Moulin (2 km). From there, you can join the GR34, for beautiful hikes and landscapes of portal cards. Not far from there, Paimpol (30 km) and the Island of Bréhat (35 km) are also worth the detour. Sea or swimming pool, the choice is yours, but why not both? Located on the Côte de Goëlo, close to the beaches and the GR34, this exceptional villa welcomes you on an all-inclusive basis, for the week or for a few nights. Thanks to it, you can enjoy a spa (available all year round) and a private swimming pool (accessible from April to All Saints' Day) at any time of the day.
