Customer service by the managing staff was excellent, very responsive, and easy to communicate with. The accommodation was basically an apartment with a full kitchen and necessary cooking equipment. It was clean, quiet, and very well located in the city! We would stay here again in the future!

Such a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. The room exceeded our expectations, and it was cleaned and tidied daily. The staff were on hand at all times and did their best to help us when we needed. The breakfast was tasty and had plenty of choice. We will definitely be returning!

What you see is what you get. Family of 5 with 3 kids , this was perfect . Had a homey feel, walking distance to everything , did not need to use transit at all. Close to tonnes of different restaurants & shops. A quieter street in a busy neighbourhood, place had everything you could need , very clean , very bright , very spacious . Would absolutely stay here again and again!

Excellent view from room, nicely located hotel, great reception staff who were very helpful. However…. Food and beverage experience let it down. No flexibility with menu in restaurant, extremely small glass of wine in rooftop bar which was extortionate for a house wine. Breakfast area was uncomfortable, more like a busy airport cafe and everyone on their phones so no relaxation or special feel. The bed sheets were polyester mix so we were itching all night.

The property was clean and quite spacious for a solo traveler. Complimentary wine, coffee, and tea were provided. The location was central but still seemed far from some places. The staff was responsive to queries and made sure the stay was comfortable. Overall, great stay in cozy apartment
