Nice, clean and the staff were amazing

I arrived very early in the morning having made a very long train transfer from Haneda airport. Checkin was easy, friendly and washed away the anxiety of a tough day’s travel. The room was exceptionally large, comfortable and ready for a weary traveller. As I was on a late flight out the next day, I had a slightly later checkout and spent the afternoon in the lobby lounge. Lunch was delicious and the wait went by effortlessly until I took the airport shuttle to the terminal. It was a wonderful end to eight days on Hokkaido

Well appointed room. Minutes from the airport with shuttle service available from the hotel. Staff exceptionally helpful. Clean and well maintained.

To be honest this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in years and I travel every second week with work. You can hear people in the room next door and above as well as other people's TV'S. We left after 3 nights as it was that bad and wanted to leave day 1. Also note non of the amenities are included in your hotel prices e.g. pool is extra. The hotel needs a serious refurbishment as rooms are like the early 90's hotel rooms. Also rooms only have one powerpoint per room for charging. I would give less than one star if I could. Note staff are not helpful and disengaged they don't care at all
