Good breakfast

I really enjoyed my stay at Ascott Kuala Lumpur. The experience was very peaceful, pleasant, and comfortable, and I appreciated the overall atmosphere and convenience of the property. My only issue was that I encountered some cockroaches in the kitchen area. Hopefully, this can be addressed, as otherwise I had a very enjoyable stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend Ascott Kuala Lumpur and would be happy to stay here again.

Lovely hotel in beautiful setting. Excellent customer service, staff team were great! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

There is no airport shuttle at the hotel, breakfast at KLCC is bad. Shangri-la golden sand is a lots of children very noisy and musilum prayer very loud early 5 am and thru out the day.

Just the staff was nice and food was ok

I was lucky to be the only one amongst the 4 of us that had a room booked to get a lovely view of the Petronas towers. Because everything else in the room was old and falling apart. The sockets were coming out of the wall, the bedding had holes and foundation stains in them, the bathroom had mold and paint coming off the ceiling. the shower door wouldn't close and it looked like it had grime all over the tiles and walls...it was probably bleached so badly the colour had gone. Bath mat did not get changed at all during my 7 night stay, no hand/face towels for the first few days, then changing them was hit and miss, and at some point they took them away and not replaced them...bath towels were really old, had gone from white to some dirty grey, again with holes in them and at some point when replaced they had hair from other people. It is a very convenient hotel if you have business going on in the centre, and the view I got was lovely, but that aside it needs some serious renovation.

All the staff were very helpful and always went out to do that little bit extra for you. The rooms were clean and tidy and regularly attended to.

Stay here overnight prior to my flight to KLIA. Some of the Cons ... Air Cond is barely functioning, tiles on floor is already splitting, food is pretty expensive and monotonous (vs outside choices). Pro: Close enough to KLIA, decent pool, close enough to town (if driving), OK environment.
