It was in a great location. Quiet yet convenient. The rooms are small but they are clean and do the job. A pleasant stay overall.

Good location & nice environment. Would be great if coin laundry is available & room clean-up be more thoughtful, like not repeatedly giving us more & more toiletries that we did not use. Having said, overall speaking it’s still very good.

We did not eat at any of the restaurants or use room service. None of the restaurants were even mid-price range. All of them were very high cost.

comfortable beds, good size room and of course for foreigners Japanese toilets are a treat .

My heart is full of gratitude to all your staffs. Not only for going extra miles to arranged the shipment of my lost cellphone bag that I left in the room upon check out and also for your quick respond when my daughter got high fever during our second night when I requested for a thermometer. We felt very safe and cared truly during and even after our stay. it was a long journey for us as first time tourists , physically exhausting , but you made everything worry free and luxurious for us. The high end amenities and complementaries were always checked and refilled daily. Thank you most especially to Ms. Mae and to the chief operating Officer of Housekeeping for your outstanding customer service. I love your hotel even more for your help. The complimentary lounge was also very nice ,well kept and relaxing , the staffs were always very attentive and accommodating as well. Looking forward to stay in your hotel again and hoping you will have more guests to stay to experience "True Luxury Service " from your extraordinary staffs. Your customer service was far beyond any 5 star hotels I stayed in around the world.

This is a beautiful hotel with a serene Japanese atmosphere.

We stayed at a few hotels in Tokyo, but this one was a last-minute booking — and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The service from all the staff was outstanding, especially Krishna at the front desk, who helped us with directions to the train station, recommended great places nearby, and gave us a helpful introduction to the hotel amenities. It’s a perfect place to stay if you’re traveling with kids and looking for a quiet and peaceful environment. Easily the best place to stay in Shinjuku!
