Location is excellent but the room was very small

Fabulous hotel close to Shinduku station. Beautiful room with spectacular views. We did not have breakfast as tours were way to early.... however there is a 24H 7-11 with great coffee and egg salad sandwiches. A definite 5 for a stay in Tokyo.

Great location as it’s only a few mins walk from Shinagawa station. There is a 7-eleven in the building too and on site bowling and darts. For the price we paid I would’ve expected sleepwear, but it’s understandable as they host so many people. Expect the hotel to be busy with lots of people. Rooms and washrooms are big which is nice to have. The Main Tower rooms look older though. Overall, great location and very convenient.

We booked a junior King Suite, Got there and was put in a room that firstly looked nothing like what you’d expect a junior king suite would look like… The room being a no smoking room stunk of old mildew Smokey room. We immediately complained and were given an upgraded room but only for 2 nights in the meanwhile whilst they checked their availability for another suitable option. On day two they told us we needed to move back to the first room. We refused and left. We had booked for 7 days… didn’t get a refund

They have many relaxation areas on the property including massage chairs, a Zen room and a relaxation area with plants and running water. Very nice hotel and staff was amazing.

Friendly staff, bedroom had everything we needed, a great location and the weighing scale in the lobby was very helpful!
