Electronic room key didn’t work. It took three frustrating unanswered calls to finally get hold of someone to enter the room and fix the lock. Very aggravating. Tub took hours to drain. Toilet clogged. That being said, the suite was very spacious and well furnished.

Service, staff and amenities were top notch.

My room was available two hours earlier than regular check in. Place is spotless and the front desk very helpful. Overall my favorite place to stay in Vegas.

The hotel is wonderful, the rooms are super big and don’t feel tight at all because they have a living room area. We almost never left the hotel, the pool excellent, it has so many restaurants you can eat in a different place every day. The service is great, security for the rooms, they have like three coffee shops, you never get bored it is beautiful and has everything in every budget fancy and normal price. In will come back again!

This is a fantastic choice for an off-the-strip resort. Great food, great rooms, and great pools! You can stay close to the chaos without staying in the chaos. Highly recommended and will stay here again!

Staff was not friendly what so ever. Stayed on the strip in the past with other resorts and felt like the staff was really eager to be helpful and nice. The rooms are not really kept up. Last time I stay here.

The only complaint that I have is the pool area did not have good food and the adults. Only pool is really small in the location of the hotel is very far from everything else.

I had a bad experience while my stay. My room smelled like drainage and the staff did the bare minimum to help. They sent over an engineer all he did was pour some chemical down the drain and said the smell would go away. Not only did the room smell it also felt moist. I also kept having trouble with the wifi it kept disconnecting non stop. The location is great on the strip but the stay wasn’t the best.
