Love this place. So clean and so spacious. I like how easy it is to check in and get to the rooms from the parking lot. That’s a big plus for me. I also like the safety of having to use your key to get to the room elevators. So many places to eat as well. I enjoy staying here and will continue to stay here when I’m in town.

This is a fantastic choice for an off-the-strip resort. Great food, great rooms, and great pools! You can stay close to the chaos without staying in the chaos. Highly recommended and will stay here again!

Staff was not friendly what so ever. Stayed on the strip in the past with other resorts and felt like the staff was really eager to be helpful and nice. The rooms are not really kept up. Last time I stay here.

The hotel was clean but we will never return to this hotel. long story short The front desk was rude when I called from the room more than once and not helpful at all. Rude, even put out is disappointing at best. I have never had that kind of service from Palazzo or others in Vegas. the staff inside were pretty nice but the front desk and how they help with your individual stay makes or breaks a hotel. they are also overpriced for the location on the strip and what they offer.

Bird dropping on steps and door entry way. The pull out bed was broken. Telephone call placed on hold for more than twenty minutes by front desk staff. After twenty minutes the call would disconnect or staff will ask to call back "we are helping customers."

We’ve stayed at other Nobu properties specifically Chicago and this hotel was below average. To have to pay for coffee in the room? We found this to be cheap feeling. The decorating was just not good it’s not a pretty hotel. Compared to the Chicago property night and day. On a positive note the room was clean and the breakfast room service was excellent!
