Great stay overall especially in the courtyard

The property was clean. Front desk Service was fast and efficient, we only stayed one night, but it seems the grounds in general had better times. The room itself was very comfortable, did not had breakfast so not sure if it’s good or not. Area around the hotel was not pretty, lots of vacant buildings but did not felt unsafe.

Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees. We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room. Other than that- the staff was lovely the pools and Spa are great. Location is wonderful with close proximity to the beach and some wonderful restaurants serving delicious seafood.

It's our favorite place anywhere. This was our second visit. We'll be back next year!

It’s a beautiful property, but be aware that it is secluded and that the restaurant menu is quite limited and after a couple of days, we were happy to go elsewhere. The waiting staff was attentive and nice, front desk not as much (maybe the la guard barrier?)

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. Very convenient for sightseeing & restaurants/cafes. We had a deluxe room with access to the pool ( very nice way to cool d8wn after a morning sightseeing).
