Overall the stay was good. 3star price but a 4 star room hotel. The only thing is the floor seems like very thin between floors. I can easily hear people talking from the room upstairs and if they drop something it is very load.

Very convenient for a 10 hour airport layover. Staff friendly, however a few issues. Water temperature in shower did not get completely hot - this was one thing that I was so looking forward to, after my 12 hour flight from Fiji. Also, I asked for help with luggage upon departure - but no one showed up. Had to lug four pieces of baggage single-handedly. Finally, reception did not provide me with a receipt upon check-out, indicating that since I booked through a third-party provider (i.e. expedia), this was not available. However, I paid at property and not through the third party provider, so this should have been provided.

The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding regardi g changes that we had to make. The food was great and we had the absolute best waitress and concierge.
They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed.
