Parking was difficult with automation. Difficult getting out. Need a gate person. Gate automated bar almost hit my hood. Valets were on their phones not helpful. Would consider not staying thete until they fix it. A five star hotel needs 5 star personnel. Not more automation

I love this hotel so close to all the restaurants and campus, the only negative the room we stayed at the shower doesn’t have a strong pressure and the water is either cold or hot. Otherwise the rooms are clean .

Started off rough as I was given the wrong room number, a staff tried to help by calling the front desk with no success. Took over 30mins to get things taken care of. Besides that, it was a nice hotel.

This hotel is charming but could do so much better. There was no chest of drawers for clothing, a faulty shower, and they have changed the restaurant breakfast to only a $35 buffet with cold eggs. Staff is young and very nice but can’t seem to help. No business center. Tiny gym. Disappointing.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at the Lafayette Hotel and Spa. The hotel and its grounds are truly lovely and their staff (shout out to Terrance at the front desk!) is amazing. Their onsite restaurant, The Park Bistro and Bar”, is fantastic as well. The food was very well prepared and beautifully presented. We look forward to returning to Lafayette Park Hotel on our next visit to the area. Thank you!

Arrived mid night, it took a bit long to check in, but got a free room for my son and his girlfriend because the suite with two queen beds I booked was not available. Overall very happy with the stay in Residence Inn.
