Breakfast was not included, and I did not expect that. With what I paid, it should have been included. The location is excellent- close to Parliament and Westminster Abbey.

The bathroom wall is translucent and shines bright light onto bed when bathroom is being used. This greatly disturbs those asleep in bed whenever bathroom is used.

This location is very nice. It’s clean, smells good, and is super close to the train. My husband and I brought our daughters age 17 and 13. We had a fully booked trip of seeing all the things… and this location was safe, clean, and nicely by public transportation. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel specifically but the rooms were adorable and clean. A great size I imagine, given the price. We were really happy and I’d recommend this location.

Room was tiny - no consideration to my request for a bath - pillows way to thick/firm - don't put water in rooms just a carafe to fill yourself

Staff were so helpful and welcoming. Overall a great stay, super clean and convenient location.

Visit during extreme heat in London makes one grateful for their air conditioning

Superb breakfast and very reasonably priced. The hotel is in a very central location and we love the aesthetics.

Lovely little boutique hotel right next to the tube station. Road was clean, beds comfortable. A/C was great as we were there durin heat wave
