First time staying at the Social Hub. Loved the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of everything, the community area, and the brunch. The power went out in our room and the staff (Patrick) was incredibly helpful moved us into another room. Had a great time here and will definitely come again! We didn’t get to play ping-pong, but would love to next time! Will recommend this to our friends and family.

Hotel was very comfortable. Beds had mattress toppers. Very cosy. Breakfast had lots of choice and fresh fruit salad was delicious.

The view out the front window of the hotel is beautiful. The food was ok.. not amazing. I ordered the risotto and it was terrible. We ended up walking to a nearby restaurant for drinks and their restaurant was booked and had more options. Jay the manager was super friendly and the room was comfortable and the bathrooms newly renovated and clean.

Enjoyed our stay the restaurant has a great view of the sea staff very friendly and food was very good.

This was truly the best hotel that we stayed in while we were in Scotland! The only problem is that it is in Glasgow, and it is not even close to one of the prettiest places in the country. If you go to Scotland, you need to go to the Highlands or the Isle of Skye and not here. This hotel is awesome though!! The service was fantastic and the rooms and interior are beautiful. Be sure to take a few minutes to sit in the bar area and enjoy the quiet ambiance or sit the breakfast area and sip a coffee or tea.

This beautiful property overlooks a loch and hills beyond. The quiet surrounds and easy parking were perfect for our adult getaway. The room was spectacular with a full wall of windows to appreciate the fantastic view along with other thoughtful, luxurious touches. Since restaurants are a bit of a drive, we ordered the seafood platter for dinner. One of the best decisions we made this trip. It was sublime. A stay at Ardtorna, and a chance to enjoy the gourmet breakfast, are two of the reasons we'll be back to Scotland.

It’s a beautiful location and a lovely cosy lodge. We had a great time.

Very enjoyable room, no issues at all.... didn't spend enough time within the hotel (regarding the usage of the amenities) 'cos we attended events outside Glasgow... We'd love to revisit and chillax a bit more ....

Very, very nice no complaints would recommend

Hotel is undergoing some refurb, but Matthew on reception explained where I could find everything. The rooms are a bit dated, with limited sockets, but the bedroom was clean & comfortable. The lovely staff on the floor quickly brought me an iron. The bathroom shower rail was very rusty & this made the bathroom less appealing, but again, it was clean and the toiletries are lovely & the towels cozy. Matthew on reception was a godsend during my visit, quickly dealing with my early check in, luggage query and directing me to various areas. He greeted me each time with the professionalism I saw him use towards others, but also the friendliness I know & love about Glasgow. He’s an absolute asset. I was attending a conference and on both days, the lunches and breakfast were really good too. In short, slightly dated rooms, but outstanding staff.
