A beautiful building in wonderful surroundings. There was nothing at all to fault in our stay at Mar Hall. We stayed in one the rooms in The Barn which was a short walk away from the main building and overlooked the golf course. Special mention to the super comfortable mattress and pillows- perfect!
The staff were super friendly and helpful and our breakfast on both mornings of our stay were delicious.

The hotel itselfs is very tired but it is being updated inside. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. There was hot water at all times. The bar & restaurant wasn't open but that didn't bother us as we wanted to try a pub not too far away. The car park and entrance to the car park really need improvements.Don't expect the Hilton as it's a bog standard hotel as it is. If renovated well it will be a cracking hotel

This hotel is a lovely blend of a wonderful terraced house tastefully decorated and fitted out to simultaneously recognise the house's heritage and presenting modern amenities, the attention to style and detail was impecable. Clearly a labour of love evrything ran smoothly from introduction, to breakfast presented at our bedroom to our departure.
Kelvingrove museum is ten minutes walk away and the park across the road was a delightful haven.
We would not hesitate to chose this hotel should we return at a future date.

Gorgeous property and very clean room. Felt luxurious to be there. Can't say enough good things about the staff. We were greeted by a friendly staff member as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. Car was parked by valet and bags were taken to our room. Staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

What a great place to stay! Luxury vibe at an affordable price. The room was clean, stylish, comfortable, quiet, and had everything necessary for an extended stay- full kitchen, table and chairs, quality bedding and towels. The location was perfect for our needs and we felt comfortable walking back after dark in the neighborhood.
