"Had a terrific time at Holiday Inn Vanuatu. The staff a very attentive and helpful. They are happy to help with requests and do everything with a smile.
The facilities are great but did notice a loose tap in my room and my colleagues room had an issue with a water leak. However staff address the issue promptly.
The food at the hotel is excellent!"
"Lovely place for a nice quiet, relaxing stay. Exactly what I needed to unwind. The reef off the beach was amazing, even had two dugongs make an appearance ny last day. The room was lovely, and for a garden view room had a nice view of the water. The staff were super helpful and friendly throughout. 10/10. Will be back."
"Resort is undergoing some upgrades atm to cope with the expected influx of school holiday travelers, The rebuilt children's splash zone will be a treat once completed and the kitchen is in the process of being refit as well.
Staff and management are great and a pleasure to communicate with.
Prices for food and drinks are on par with town center so if you do not wish to travel there is that option, also there is a supermarket next door with ATM's on the outside of the building.

"There were some disparaging comments left previously which didn’t put us off, so let’s address them. Dates: it is a little dated, if you’re expecting a “resort” like the Ramada, it’s not for you. It ’s a well maintained family style resort where the staff are fantastic. The breakfast (delivered to your room) is a little different but perfectly adequate for your needs. It’s different but very enjoyable with the staff the absolute high point"
"For our first time in Vanuatu we managed to book 2 nights here before moving over to Port Vila for the remainder of our trip.
The transfer from the airport to the banana boat and then welcome to the hotel was great after a delayed flight. If you have mobility issues, this probably isn’t the place for you as you’ll need to manage your bags on a floating pontoon.
The staff are all incredible and so kind.
We checked in to villa 2 and while we booked through Expedia, we were sent a text long...
