Good layout but very warm. AC wasn't working but fan was included. Suspiciously hot for October

9.8/10 Exceptional! (1,007 reviews)
As someone who is extremely selective about cleanliness and service, I can confidently say The Loden sets the standard. From the European-elegance to the incredibly comfortable beds, soaking tub, and city views, everything is beautiful.
The location is ideal—just steps away from upscale shopping, restaurants, bakeries, and coffee spots. Above all, the service is remarkably consistent. The staff always greet us with warm smiles, and whenever we visit for a special occasion, they go out of their way to make it unforgettable.

9.8/10 Exceptional! (1,291 reviews)
Great hotel. Front desk staff were excellent and sorted out early check-in for me with the maid staff which was greatly appreciated. $52 for valet parking is also excellent and less expensive than most hotels downtown.
Room was super clean. Nice but balcony. Well stocked in-room mini bar and snack bar.
Overall 10/10. Will stay again.
