We were on the fringe of the nice area. The hotel was clean and safe. Very nice staff, the room was simple and just what we needed. It smelled a little off but it was an old building. It did not negatively affect our stay

Property close to where we wanted to be for this trip. Reasonably clean, starting to show wear with wallpaper peeling off in rooms and bathrooms as well as common areas.
Arrived to pile of dirty dishes outside our room...removed late next morning.
Pleasant staff.
