The hotel has very poor air conditioning. It was very warm in the lobby and halls. The air conditioner in my room did not cool the room during my two night stay. I contacted reception and the AC was reset, but it made no difference. I would not stay here during warm months.

We enjoyed our stay. The facility is amazing and was one of our favorites from the trip. The staff was nice but it felt like they could have done a bit more around the pool given the 5 star hotel rating. Overall we would definitely stay again!

"We had a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to the Royal Princess Hotel. Our room was amazing, comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom. The view from our balcony, wow!!!!
