When got to room, there was no air movement and it was hot. Told front desk, by time got back to room that late afternoon it was fixed and they left us a fan. Valet was excellent

On website they mentioned room is with City view but it was actually the back of the building garbage disposable and I was on ground floor so litterlly staying beside that.Also They didn't even provide basic things like bathroom slippers and even face tissues were finished when I checked in and when I called, they asked me to come and get myself from lobby and no house keeping.
Even TV was not working and was not connected to either internet or antenna so could not use that
