Very friendly staff, helpful in every respect. The room was very nice and, of course, clean. There is plenty of parking available. Very good access to Niagara Falls and Niagara Park; the Green Line bus runs right past the hotel. Highly recommended.

Overall was a good experience. Kids swam in the pool. Room was clean and had a coffee maker. Area felt safe. Google said parking was free, however it accually costs $10. They did waive the fee for us. Breakfast was basic, not the same as other Super 8s.

Room was very damp. Floors were very dirty and needed to have a good cleaning and not just a simple vacuum. Staff was helpful and kind but there was no wheelchair accessible rooms with roll-in showers. Paying for parking was a bit displeasing.

The hotel is nicely located away from the falls area but close enough to be convenient to get to. It has a pool and a restaurant is right next door. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. The rate is good also.

Likes: property close and accessible going north or south on niagra Blvd. Like staff, Terry! Loved Peruvian restaurant attached to hotel. Server Hans was amazing. Hotel in desperate need pf updates. Carpets, walls, furniture in poor shape. Ceiling tiles hanging. "Breakfast" (we were there at 7:15 am) consist of cold cereal...minimal to no milk, sliced bread (could be toasted) and either eat it dry or with butter or strawberry packaged jelly. Weak coffee /powdered cream, and then no coffee. Staff were not at the front desk/breakfast area until around 7;50-8a.m. Guests had to ring the bell for assistance. Staff appeared yawning and disheveled as if they just got out of bed.

This was horrible, the rooms where dirty and filled files. The room stinks and the light flickers. Did I also mention the TV doesn't work. This crap house is stated as a hotel, but its truly a rundown motel. Just be smart like I always do and bring your own bedding, towels and clean supplies. Otherwise a few staff are friendly and helpful.
