Location was excellent. I didn’t see a single staff member as check in is through a machine. Basic features were at an extra cost. We stayed 4 nights but had to pay for our towels to be changed. The resort fee on top of the Expedia price should have covered basics.

It was close to the monorail which was nice. The walls are pretty thin and there were some loud kids next door that had to be told to quiet down two nights in a row.
It’s tough to get around the hallways when it was super busy.
Staff was friendly and helpful. salespeople were ruthless, always getting in the way to sell stuff.
It was conveniently close to the convention center and a short ride to most attractions.

Location was really nice, but finding a parking garage was a little challenge (no clear instruction/info). Other than that it was excellent! The bed was not firm and comfortable!
