The proximity to the train station was perfect. The advice provided for dining in the area was very wonderful... Go to he Market food court. Breakfast on the 8th floor was super great as well.

The staff were friendlier and more helpful than the norm. While the rooms aren't large objectively, they make the most of their space. And it doesn't require a PhD to work out the lighting, A/C etc.

Hotel D was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. They are located near the river and are close to the old town and other attractions. It was a very convenient place to stay before our Viking Cruise. Highly recommended.

It was clean, no phone in room, no intructuons or valid info at check in. Asumed we knew everythg the hotel had to offer.

We only had a one night stay, but were welcomed in and checked in easily. An employee of the bar area, Flavia, was especially helpful and friendly and it was lovely to talk to her.

This was a nice stopover, it was right in front of the tram station. Staff was friendly. Stay came with a free public transit pass and discount card for basel attractions. Few minutes by tram to grocery shops, train station and museums. Very walkable and lovely, near the river. Offer a fan for hot days.
