My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Great location! Breakfast was only a 2 min walk away in a different hotel and a nice way to start the day. Angela had been great organising a pick up and drop off from the airport and we were able to leave our luggage in the foyer for our very late departure. I would stay here again.

The hotel staff were welcoming and supportive. They were friendly and helpful throughout my staff no matter the time of day. I really enjoyed my room and amenities. The only draw back was a leak in g my bathroom that lasted 2.5 days to get it fixed right. Despite that I would stay there again the location was central and easy to visit local tourist sites.

This hotel was perfect. It was in a great location, with endless eating and shopping options. Lots of places to walk around and easy access to transportation options. The staff was extremely friendly, the spa service was immaculate and our room was absolutely amazing. The room was just as described, so beautiful and comfy. The host Elsa was soo helpful and kind. She even sent us a list of recommendations for places to eat, drink and sight see. It made our trip soo much easier with all of her help. We definitely recommend this place you want to visit hanoi's old quarter. Thank you to everyone at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa, we appreciated your excellent hospitality.

The hotel was consistently clean and comfortable, the air-conditioning worked exceptionally well, and the breakfast was outstanding, with an excellent selection and quality each morning. What made our stay particularly memorable, however, was the exceptional customer service. We would especially like to recognize Summer, who we believe was one of the managers in the breakfast restaurant. She greeted us warmly every morning and always made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. Her attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism went well beyond what we would normally expect from hotel service. It was the small, thoughtful gestures and her genuine interest in making sure we were enjoying our stay that made such a positive impression on us. Summer is an excellent example of hospitality at its best, and her personal attention added something special to our experience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The combination of an excellent location, cleanliness, comfortable rooms, outstanding breakfast, and especially the warm and attentive service made this a hotel we would gladly recommend to others and return to in the future.
