We booked a King suite and it was an amazing room. Lots of space, very comfortable bed, large 4 piece ensuite. There is a lovely lounge area with a number of cozy rooms to sit in and socialize. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Bruges.

Perfect location, friendly staff. Room had dust under the radiator and caulk in the shower had mold. As did the windowsill in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. No view out the Windows and hall way was pitch black until you walked a few feet into it. Slept well. Appreciated the ceiling fan and AC.

Rooms clean. Excellent staff. Great breakfast. However minimal tea and coffee in the rooms with only paper cups supplied. Also power points for the kettle not conveniently situated.
These were the only minus points in an otherwise great stay.

"Don't recommend if you don't want cleaning staff. I always put the "do not disturb" sign on my door so no one moves my things. The staff repeatedly ignored the signs and my complaints and went into the room and disturbed things. They didn't even clean for all that hassle, just pulled the cover up ..."
